3) The Assessment System and Process: the applicant selection assessment process is a user-friendly four step procedure.
a) Purchase Assessment Passwords
b) Activate a Password for Each Applicant
c) Applicant Completes the Assessment Profile (approximately 45 minutes)
d) Profiles Processed and Selection Reports Prepared.
